Can you surf a jet boat? That is one of the most common questions we get! Yes, you can!
But, we need to make sure to set it up properly as we're dealing with a few challenges. First lets set expectations.
- Your stock ballast isn't enough
- The wave won't be as good as a new inboard, but you can surf without the rope
- The ideal boats are 21+ feet long. 19' boats are typically too short
This bundle is ideally for all jet boats that have rear facing seats. It includes two rear facing seat bags that sit on those seats and ar 725 lbs each.
This along with another 750lb bag that we place in the boat on the surf side and the Fatsac pump to fill up the bags will get you surfing! If you have stock ballast fill it up as well.
This will get you 2,200 lbs of ballast plus stock.
You'll also need a wake shaper to shape, develop, and enhance the wave - we recommend this one: www.swellwake.com/slim
