Ballast Install / Length 30:39

Finishing the ballast install wiring, plumbing, and getting that fatsac bags in and tested

In the 6th Episode of our 2006 Mastercraft Maristar 215V build we will be starting the ballast system, installing the thru hulls and ballast pumps.

We start this video by wiring up the ballast pumps, then move on to getting all the plumbing done, while installing the fatsac bags.

For this Maristar we went ahead and ordered a X15 switch plate and oem switches so the ballast switches look perfectly oem, we also mounted the Roswell Dual Zone Volume Control on this panel as well.

We wrap up the video by filling and draining the bags to ensure everything works great and nothing leaks.

Power drill
Drill Bits
Hole saw kit
Flat screwdriver
Heat gun
Wire Stripper

Materials

Blue Sea fuse box
3x 30 amp blade fuse
Hose clamps
On/Off toggle switch
Ballast pump
1 in. hose
Check valve
